Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled before production or shipment
- Full refund issued upon successful cancellation
- Cancellation not possible once production starts or order is shipped

- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processed within 5–7 business days after approval

Eligibility for Returns
- Defective/Damaged Items:
- Must notify within 7 days of delivery
- Include photo/video evidence
- Non-Defective Returns:
- Unused items in original packaging
- Must request within 7 days of delivery
- Restocking fees may apply

- Order number
- Evidence (for damaged items)
- Return reason
- We’ll provide return instructions
- Ship item with tracking number
Refund Timeline
- Processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless our error)

- Non-returnable items: Custom-made, perishable, or intimate products
- We’re not responsible for return packages lost without tracking
